Hey, welcome back! The editing plan is finished. Now all that’s left to do it actually edit the music video. The diegetic sound in the music video is going to be within the last minute and 30 seconds of You Belong With Me. The editing process it self went pretty smoothly. The main part that was troubling was the first scene. I don’t have much experience with editing. I definitely learned a lot when editing this music video. Getting the scene to zoom out then zoom back in took almost an hour to do. I had to mess around with the software a bit to have it up to my expectations. The rest of the music video didn’t give me that much trouble. I had to mess around with the timing on certain clips to try and make the timing and the lip syncing match up.  Luckily for me, i got them too. It was the favored take of that shot. I’m very happy that the timing matched up so well. The scene looks very clean and the syncing was just as i pictured it to be. A lot of cropping the timing of clips was done. Most shots had a few extra seconds in them, cause when filming i decided that having the extra seconds was better then accidentally cutting off the last part of the scene. It was helpful, because now the scenes don’t seem to just come to an abrupt end. Overall i think the editing was a learning experience, and i’m ready to continue to learn about it. See ya next time!
