Welcome back!!!!! So after having a long conversation with my group, we have come up with our overall plan to make this work.... So our story will basically show a girl having interaction but then be told none of that happened. The point is for her to seem like she is going insane but doesn't understand why. At the end, we show that the whole time she was in a psych ward, and none of what we showed in the movie happened. The only issue is we need to figure out how we are going to film all of these scenes. Our first idea was to find an abandoned place to film the last scene of the psych ward but it's not the safest. However, one of our members has a sister that does things like that so she would know what is the safest for us to do. If we do end up going to an abandoned place we will use gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer. If that doesn't work we might just to another one of our rooms to show us being held in a facility. Don't worry we will be safe!...
The music video challenges a few conventions of music video's. In most music videos an actor or the singer is lip syncing most of the lyrics. In the music video there's only one scene of lip syncing. The music video was about friendship. Most music videos are about relationships. There wasn’t any throw away scenes just to take up a lot of time. There wasn’t a lot of cutting between scenes. The music video used a lot of convections also. A lot of stereotypes were used purposefully, which does represent social groups and issues. Bullying was addressed in the music video. The mean girl wasn't a white girl in the music, it was an Africa American girl. The music video engages with audiences because it’s relatable. A lot of teens deal with bullying. People also tend to choose to surround themselves with the wrong people. For most people it takes being wronged by the person again and again to let them go. A lot of people atleast have one friend that doesn’t like a...
Hello and welcome back! I hope you all had an amazing time while i was away. I can’t lie, i didn’t. The plan for filming at my house didn’t go as planned. Pretty ironic right? But anyway- The reason it didn’t go as planned was because one of the group members got sick. The filming couldn’t be done, because it puts the rest of the group members at risk for also being sick. Then the filming would keep being postponed, so the filming wasn’t done. It’s a good thing too, because another member also got sick. I’m the only member that isn’t sick or getting over a sickness at the moment. I’m hoping it stays that way. The plan for filming first at my house is still on the way. It’ll be done this weekend. But there’s some conflicting work schedules. So, due to that i don’t think that all the scenes at my house will be completed at one time. There’s only a short window of time that the group can use that day to film. From my past experience in film, it takes around an hour to film a minute ...
